I tried calling the MLB again several times over the course of the afternoon. Their phone was busy. That's right. Busy. Like when you call someone and they don't have call waiting and they are on another call type busy. I finally got home and called again, only to discover that, despite the fact their website says their customer support is open from 9:00am till 12:30am, I got a message that they were closed. The message told me they closed at 3pm pacific, which is 5pm central. I had called at 4:59. Sounds like they kicked out a bit early.
I am going to send them another email. Like it will help. I doubt they even check their inbox.
